Android error: com.android.ddmlib.InstallException: device not found

How I solved it: make sure the emulator has enough space and its cpu is set (from eclipse: Android Virtual Device Manager / Edit ... / { CPU/ABI, RAM, VM Heap, Internal Storage } )
