Oracle Database error: ORA-01109: database not open

Oracle db installed on VM / my host computer powered off => VM halted
When trying to run a SQL script I got "ORA-01109: database not open"

More info.. starting SQLPLUS:
SQL> shutdown normal;
ORA-01109: database not open

SQL> startup;
ORACLE instance started.
Database mounted.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr_scan_lastbwr], [], [], [],
[], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


SQL> recover database;
Media recovery complete.

SQL> shutdown normal;
ORA-01109: database not open
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.

SQL> startup;
Database opened.
